These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use our website or purchase from us. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Substitutions

All our bouquets are created using fresh, seasonal flowers.

Products are categorised by style (e.g., colour palette, arrangement type), not by exact flower type.

The images shown are examples of the style and quality. Your bouquet may differ, but it will always reflect the chosen style and be of equal or greater value.

If certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with alternatives of similar or higher quality.
3. Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available to the following Aberdeen postcodes:
AB10*, AB11*, AB12*, AB13*, AB14*, AB15*, AB16*,
AB21*, AB22*, AB23*, AB24*, AB25*,
AB31*, AB32*, AB39*, AB41*, AB51*. -
Delivery fee: £7 per order.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

Deliveries are made before 6pm; exact times cannot be guaranteed.

We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays (except where advertised for special events).

If nobody is home, and there is no safe place or neighbour available, the flowers will be returned to our shop for collection during opening hours at:
190 Rosemount Place, Aberdeen, AB25 2XQ. -
Collection orders can be picked up from our shop during normal opening hours.
4. Returns and Refunds

As flowers are perishable and made to order, returns are not possible.

If you are unhappy with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-perishable items (e.g. vases, candles, cards) can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, in line with your statutory rights.
5. Ordering and Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Full payment must be received before your order is confirmed.

By placing an order, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Price changes for subscriptions will be notified to you in advance.
7. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, supply shortages, transport disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:

Delivery may be delayed, but we will always ensure that bouquets are delivered as soon as reasonably possible.

If delivery is significantly affected, we will contact you to agree on the best solution.
8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., fraud, hacking, spreading viruses).

All content on our website, including text, designs, and images, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Complaints
We are committed to providing high-quality flowers and services. If you have a complaint:

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may use an independent dispute resolution service such as the UK government’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be dealt with in the Scottish courts, unless you are a consumer in another part of the UK or EU, in which case you may bring a claim in your local courts.
